Are you a logistics-minded leader who's passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and safely? STAR, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee and enhance our transportation services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do:
Oversee a fleet of agency vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, inspected, and operating safely and efficiently Manage vehicle scheduling to support programs and daily routes Supervise and support a team of drivers and transportation staff Coordinate repairs, routine maintenance, registrations, and inspections Track and report on fleet usage, fuel efficiency, and vehicle performance Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and responsive transportation for individuals in our programs
What You Bring:
Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience managing vehicles, logistics, or transportation services Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and DOT regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A mission-driven mindset and a heart for helping others Why Join Us?
