Part-time, variable/as-needed hours (not a guaranteed weekly schedule) About the Role We're a growing car-sharing business (Turo) based in Stamford looking for a hands-on Fleet Manager to handle vehicle turnovers between guest trips. Check-in/check-out is fully mobile/keyless, so you won't need to meet guests in person — your focus is making sure each car is inspected, cleaned, and guest-ready between trips. Responsibilities Inspect vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel/charge level at each turnover Clean interior and exterior between trips, or drop off at our partner car wash for cleaning Flag maintenance issues (tire wear, warning lights, low fluids) and report immediately Confirm vehicle location and parking compliance at our garage location Communicate professionally with guests regarding any pickup/drop-off issues Use basic apps/tools for keyless vehicle access and tracking (training provided) Qualifications Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable using a smartphone for apps and photo documentation Detail-oriented — able to spot small damage or cleanliness issues Punctual and responsive (some last-minute turnovers happen) Experience with car detailing, rideshare, or hospitality a plus Must pass a background check

Pay:

$18.50/hour

Schedule:

Hours vary week to week based on fleet utilization and turnover volume — this is not a guaranteed weekly hours position. Flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends. Best suited for someone seeking supplemental income who doesn't need fixed hours.
