BRW Contracting, Inc. is a full-service site development company located in Land O' Lakes, Central Florida. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in land clearing and grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt services. We are currently seeking an experienced Striping and Signing Lead to join our team. Qualifications Previous experience with parking lot and roadway striping and signing Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Knowledge of traffic control and roadway safety procedures Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Clean driving record Responsibilities Lead and supervise striping and signing crews in the field Perform pavement striping, roadway markings, and installation of traffic signs Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Coordinate with supervisors and crew members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Some Saturdays are required workdays. Saturday work is mandatory when scheduled.
