Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Mover/Driver for our moving team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the move, and ensure smooth execution of moving services. Your leadership will drive exceptional customer service, maintain safety standards, and optimize logistical efficiency. Duties Oversee loading and unloading processes, including heavy lifting. Ensure all drivers adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving and deliveries Conduct regular safety checks on vehicles and trailers Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally during moves or deliveries Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, vehicle maintenance, and incident reports Qualifications Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services with a focus on route driving and load & unload tasks Strong background in warehouse operations or moving services with hands-on experience in heavy lifting and manual handling Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating truck/trailer (Must) Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards for heavy vehicles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment Join our team to lead impactful moving operations where your skills make a difference!
