Job Description

TRAFFIC CONTROL
Bartow Paving Company, Inc. 1055 Rowland Springs Rd, Cartersville, GA 30121 We looking to hire dedicated and observant flaggers to monitor the flow of traffic around utility construction sites. As a flagger, you are responsible for: Directing & maintaining the flow of traffic around the construction sites. Placing & removing barricades, sign boards, and traffic cones. Keeping the public & workers safe. Report any problems to foreman/safety manager. Other duties as assigned. To be successful as a flagger, you should have effective communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of state traffic regulations as well as exceptional observation skills. •No experience is necessary •Experience a is PLUS but not required.

We certify you! Communicating with fellow crew members effectively and efficiently, by handheld devices and using hand signals. • Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.
