As a Transportation Coordinator/Medical Records Clerk you are instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of transportation for our residents and escorts to accompany those residents who may require assistance to and from doctor's appointments. Additional duties include confidentially maintaining health records of our residents, handling requests for residents of medical records and ensuring resident medical records are given to authorized personnel internally and externally. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at our skilled nursing facility. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent One (1) year of experience in a clerical, administrative or recordkeeping role. Prior experience as a Transportation Coordinator/Scheduler in a healthcare.
