This role requires regular travel between Oak Creek, WI and Bloomington, IL. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent multi-site presence. Must-Haves 5+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, transportation, distribution, or supply chain Comfortable with regular travel between Oak Creek, WI and Bloomington, IL - multi-site presence is a core part of this role Experience leading warehouse or logistics teams across multiple production facilities Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, FIFO/FEFO, lot traceability, WMS transactions, receiving, picking, shipping, and dock operations Experience with centralized warehousing, 3PL providers, and intercompany transfers Experience in food and beverage, CPG, ingredients, packaging, or a regulated inventory environment Hands-on ERP experience - Aptean F&B, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar Experience supporting WMS implementation, configuration, or user acceptance testing Familiarity with food safety audits, mock recalls, and regulated traceability requirements Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, business, or related field CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, Lean, or Six Sigma certification About the Company This is not a hold-the-line, maintain-the-status-quo kind of company. What You'll Own Warehouse Operations Set and enforce warehouse standards across all operating locations Directly manage the central warehouse, including labor, safety, receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and dock flow Provide dotted-line leadership to site-level warehouse and WMS leads Manage layout, slotting, capacity, traffic flow, and equipment needs Transportation and Logistics Oversee transportation between production facilities, the central warehouse, 3PL providers, carriers, customers, and suppliers Manage inter-site transfers of raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods Coordinate carrier scheduling, dock appointments, load planning, and freight issue resolution Monitor on-time pickup and delivery, trailer utilization, carrier reliability, detention, and freight cost trends Inventory Control Own inventory accuracy expectations across all sites and inventory categories Lead the cycle count program, including cadence, variance review, reconciliation, and corrective action Partner with Finance on inventory valuation and month-end reconciliation Partner with Quality and Food Safety on GMPs, allergen control, organic handling, quality holds, and audits ERP and WMS Serve as warehouse and logistics SME for the ERP and WMS implementation Lead SOP creation, team training, and compliance auditing across sites
