Essential Criteria Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), current DOT medical card, and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in route delivery and customer service.

Tech Skills:

Working knowledge of electronic inventory tools (tablets, handheld scanners).

Safely and punctually deliver products, load/unload delivery vehicles, and maintain accurate inventory accounts.

Account & Inventory Management:

Manage dealer accounts including sales, consignments, warranty processing, product rotations, invoicing, and cash collection.

Dealer Relations:

Build solid partnerships, ensure displays remain clean and full, and execute product rotation according to consignment agreements.

Safety & Compliance:

Strictly adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, safety rules, and driver program requirements.

Administration:

Complete all delivery transactions, route paperwork, and system entries in a timely manner.
