Tribe Staffing, LLC Hiring a Fleet Manager for a local company in Naperville/Aurora. This is a temp to perm position and pay range is $21

We are looking for a candidate with driver dispatching experience and transportation industry knowledge.

Essential Job Functions :

Assist with assigning drivers to trucks and available loads, including dispatching Monitor driver ETAs and location notify internal teams and/or customers of anticipated or actual delaysPerform order entry, order tracking, and order billing Respond to phone inquiries from drivers, customers, and suppliersProvide phone numbers and directions to drivers as needed Schedule and ensure equipment is available for required maintenance when notified by the Maintenance Department Ensure timely order entry and billing within the TMS and other industry-specific software Contact shippers and consignees on behalf of drivers to make or reschedule appointments and provide necessary information Audit all delivery receiptsWork closely with various departments to ensure local transportation needs are met Help track current loads and provide drivers with information when vendors request updates

Pay:
