Compensation & Pay Structure Salary:

$20-$30 per hour (average paid by the job) Tips paid directly to you Bonus opportunities available Important Eligibility Requirements (Please Read Carefully) This position is ONLY open to professional cleaners with prior experience working professionally in the cleaning service industry (cleaning company). ✅ Applications will NOT be considered if your only experience includes: Cleaning your own home Cleaning family or friends' homes Casual or informal cleaning without professional company experience ✅ Position Type Independent Contractor (1099) ✅

Qualifications Required:

2 years of professional post construction cleaning experience Must be 18 years or older Ability to communicate in English (Spanish is a plus) Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reliable transportation (required) Must provide your own cleaning products and equipment - Including Professional Vacuum Must pass a mandatory background check ✅ Background Check Requirement All qualified candidates will undergo a mandatory background screening, passing the background check is required. ✅ Responsibilities Perform detailed residential or commercial post construction cleanings (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) Follow sanitation and quality standards Provide excellent customer service Maintain professional organization of supplies and equipment ✅
