We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and fully operational to support our programs and the people we serve. Duties Include:
Manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles, including procurement, deliveries, and maintenance Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and repairs Track and analyze fleet performance, costs, fuel usage, and vehicle utilization Support driver training and promote safe vehicle operation practices Coordinate vehicle assignments and support program needs across the organization Manage vendor relationships (maintenance providers, fuel vendors, GPS systems, etc.) Maintain accurate records (registrations, insurance, inspections, maintenance history) Support the agency's reimbursable fleet program enrollment and alternative transportation strategiesQualifications:
Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years of experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or similar role Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance Experience with budgeting, cost control, and data analysis Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements Why Join GoodLife Innovations?
