Pay Structure Training Days:

$120-$130/day

Regular Route Days:

up to $160-$200/day with Daily Performance Incentives Stop threshold bonus Monthly bonus Quarterly bonus Schedule Full-Time (4-6 days/week) Morning start times 8:30AM What We're Looking For We're hiring dependable and motivated drivers who: Take pride in their work Value teamwork and reliability Are committed to safety and customer service Want to grow their career in logistics Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license (CDL not required) Ability to pass: Criminal background check Drug screening DOT physical Must be able to lift up to heavy packages and handle physical workload Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus Job Responsibilities Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses Follow pre-planned delivery routes and time schedules Load and unload vehicle as needed Inspect vehicle daily and report any issues Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards Communicate professionally with customers and team Apply Today!
