Job Description

Overview Join our leadership team as a Route Sales Branch Manager at our Monroe, Louisiana distribution center. In this dual-focus leadership role, you will oversee our local Borden milk delivery routes, while actively driving business growth with schools and local businesses. You will lead and manage a team of dedicated route drivers, optimize the operations of the distribution and sales branch and ensure compliance with DOT and food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations including route delivery execution and transport operations. Drive business growth through new sales opportunities and market expansion. Enforce federal and state compliance regulations, including vehicle inspections, DOT medical cards, and health safety regulations. Recruit, train, schedule and supervise a team of delivery, sales and transport drivers. Audit and optimize daily delivery schedules to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries. Maintain strong relationships with customers. Monitor branch metrics, track delivery accuracy, manage operational budgets and conduct performance reviews. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on route delivery experience. Proven track record of management or supervisory leadership over a driving team or logistics branch. A CDL Class B or Class A is required. Strong familiarity with multi-stop logistics and local commercial routes. Strong understanding of profit & loss management and budgeting. High school diploma required (Degree in business or logistics preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Route Accounting Software. Deep understanding of DOT regulations and commercial food safety/refrigeration compliance
Pay:
$67,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
