Traffic Control Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traffic Control Supervisor to lead and coordinate traffic management operations on construction sites and roadwork projects. In this vital role, you will oversee the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines. Duties Supervise traffic control personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols Coordinate the setup and maintenance of traffic control devices such as cones, barriers, signage, and flagging operations Monitor construction activities to ensure safe vehicle movement and prevent accidents or disruptions Conduct regular inspections of traffic control zones, ensuring proper placement and functionality of equipment Communicate effectively with construction teams, safety officers, and local authorities to manage traffic flow efficiently Maintain detailed records of daily operations, incidents, and safety compliance reports Train team members on proper traffic control procedures, equipment operation, and safety standards Requirements Proven experience in construction site management or traffic control supervision Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and traffic management best practices Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and external agencies Valid certifications in traffic control (ATSSA) required OSHA 10 (Preferred) PowerSafe (Preferred) Join 3C's as a Traffic Control Supervisor to lead impactful projects that keep communities moving safely!
