You will play a vital role in ensuring high-level customer satisfaction by providing reliable, professional, and timely service throughout your designated delivery routes. Responsibilities Execute daily delivery routes using a 24-26' box truck to ensure timely arrival of flooring materials. Manage the loading and unloading of heavy freight using lift gate equipment to maintain product integrity. Coordinate with a two-person team to streamline delivery processes and enhance service efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all transportation regulations. Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring a positive final-mile experience. Adhere to strict safety and operational protocols during all transit and handling activities. Qualifications Required Skills Ownership or lease of a 24-26' box truck equipped with a lift gate. Active DOT and MC authority numbers. Valid EIN and ability to operate as a two-person team. Current commercial insurance coverage meeting industry standards. Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, drug screenings, and MVR reviews for all team members. Preferred Skills Prior experience in home delivery or specialized freight transportation. Strong organizational skills for route planning and time management. Proven track record of maintaining high customer service ratings.
