$104k Reports to: Director of Logistics Role Summary The Fleet Manager owns the execution of delivery operations across Club Car Wash. This role is responsible for ensuring materials, equipment, parts, chemicals, and other assets are delivered accurately, on time, and in the most efficient manner to operating stores, development projects, and field teams. This position serves as the central point of coordination for outbound distribution activity and is accountable for delivery execution, routing, driver oversight, fleet readiness, and distribution visibility. The role supports store uptime, new store growth, and field execution by ensuring the right items get to the right place at the right time. The role leads delivery operations, sets execution standards, and drives accountability for reliable, scalable distribution performance across the business. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Transportation, or related field preferred; or
- 3-5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, fleet, or related operational leadership roles preferred
- Experience coordinating deliveries, routing, scheduling, or field-based operations
- Experience leading drivers, warehouse support staff, or other front line operational team members preferred
- Valid commercial driver's license required
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proficiency with technology, spreadsheets, and operational systems; ServiceNow or similar systems experience preferred Job Duties, Expectations, and Responsibilities
- Own distribution execution across all outbound delivery channels
- Ensure materials, parts, chemicals, equipment, and other assets are delivered accurately and on time
- Coordinate delivery priorities across operating stores, Development, Warehouse, and field teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution scheduling, delivery issues, and execution updates
- Develop and manage delivery routes and schedules to support business demand and operational priorities
- Optimize routing and resource deployment to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and maximize delivery performance
- Maintain visibility of deliveries in progress, upcoming schedules, and operational risks
- Lead and support delivery drivers, ensuring expectations, priorities, and standards are clearly communicated
- Hold drivers accountable for safe operation, delivery accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism
- Address missed deliveries, delays, and execution breakdowns quickly and effectively
- Oversee daily fleet readiness, vehicle deployment, and delivery support needs
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime for delivery-critical vehicles
- Maintain accurate records related to fleet maintenance, inspections, and operational readiness
- Ensure delivery and fleet operations comply with DOT requirements and applicable regulations
- Enforce safety expectations, investigate incidents, and reduce operational risk through proactive oversight
- Partner with Warehouse to ensure orders are staged, prepared, and ready for outbound delivery
- Coordinate with Development to support new store openings, project timelines, and material movement
- Work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Facilities, MEP, Procurement, and other departments to support field execution
- Track delivery performance, execution issues, fleet utilization, and operational trends
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in routing, scheduling, communication, and execution
- Review and approve fleet- and delivery-related invoices after confirming accuracy and completion of work
- Operate according to Club Car Wash rules, policies, and procedures Knowledge, Skills, Training, and Experience Qualifications
- Strong understanding of distribution, routing, scheduling, and delivery execution within a multi-site environment
- Working knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance coordination, and transportation compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead front line operational staff and hold teams accountable to performance expectations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify problems quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve operational issues effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and provide clear updates
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and improve efficiency
- Experience working with delivery schedules, fleet records, service documentation, and vendor coordination
- Comfortable using systems and tools to track work, communicate updates, and maintain visibility across operations
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Selection Process
