Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Driver Manager to lead and optimize our transportation operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage our fleet drivers to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant delivery of vehicles. Your expertise in transportation planning, logistics will drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of customer service. Duties ensuring adherence to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety protocols Communicate effectively with drivers to relay instructions and resolve issues promptly Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, 3PL (third-party logistics) standards, and road transportation operations guidelines Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements in transportation planning, fleet management, and logistics workflows Hiring Drivers with qualifications for the job.
