Acting as the operational bridge between project teams and offshore factories, you will orchestrate shipments with accuracy, foresight, and agility. How you'll make an impact Coordinate shipment planning with Project Managers and offshore factories Issue shipping instructions and track production, packing, and dispatch readiness Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance before cargo handover Align transport modes, routing, and service levels with project priorities Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve delays or disruptions Lead first-line escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP/TMS systems and reporting tools Collaborate across teams to improve logistics processes and documentation quality Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
