What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient material handling and timely deliveries Supervise, coach, and support terminal personnel while fostering a strong safety-first culture Monitor inventory levels, oversee loading/unloading activities, and ensure accurate documentation Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and customer teams to optimize operations and resolve issues Enforce compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards What Are We Looking For Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development and operational excellence Strong understanding of terminal, logistics, or material handling operations Ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Work Environment This role operates in an industrial terminal setting with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
