Job Description

Our New Hampshire flagging office is looking for a Field Coordinator who's ready to hit the road, support our teams, and keep operations running smoothly. Your goal is to visit job sites to provide training and guidance on safety for our flagging crews throughout New Hampshire. Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for field operations. Communicate with employees and contractors. Supervise and ensure compliance with safety standards. Monitor progress and scope of work. Resolve issues and problems that may arise on-site. Prepare and submit reports and documentation. Provide on-the-road training for new flaggers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role doing construction or flagging is preferred. Proficiency using MS Office. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability and willingness to work long hours when needed and occasional evenings if there are night jobs. The ability and willingness to work independently with minimum supervision. A professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach. Valid NH driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time. The ability and willingness to move, lift, and handle 50lbs. Must be able to give and receive communication using a two-way radio. Must be able to move quickly to avoid danger.
Compensation:
$23.00 per hour

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
