A mentality that your driver's success is your success. Responsibilities & Outcomes •
R:
Maintain Clear and Timely Communication with
Drivers O:
100% acknowledgment rate from drivers on dispatch instructions; under 5% communication-related delays. Driver messages are responded to and resolved within 15 minutes of receipt. •
R:
Ensure drivers feel heard and have confidence that the company has interest in their success.
O:
< ?% driver turnover. Driver satisfaction score averages 4.5/5 •
R:
Monitor Freight Progress and Respond to service issues in Real-Time, Connect with delayed driver and coach them to resolution. Communicate with customer as needed.
O:
90% of service issues are resolved in 30 minutes or less. •
R:
Monitor driver HOS. Ensure that load assignments can be completed within HOS limitations.
O:
Zero HOS related service failures. •
R:
Liaise with Customers for Delivery Confirmation and Special Requests. Develop a clear understanding of shipper/receiver policies, procedures and instructions so the driver is able to correctly manage each location they are sent to.
O:
Zero customer complaints on driver actions or behaviors. Driver has no unexpected preventable delays or disruptions. •
R:
Equipment Utilization:
Plan proactively to keep movements planned for your trucks and drivers
O:
Maintain a fleetwide average of 2500 miles per truck per week.

From $50,000.00 per year
