Seasonal Route Manager - Keystone Fireworks (June-July 2026) Ready to turn summer into an adventure? Keystone Fireworks is looking for motivated, organized, and energetic Seasonal Route Managers to lead multiple fireworks tent locations during our busiest — and most exciting — time of year. If you enjoy travel, leadership, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced operation, this is your chance to run the show behind the scenes of America's favorite summer celebration. What You'll Do Manage 7 to 11 fireworks tent locations Distribute inventory and supplies (lift up to 40 lbs) Train staff on POS systems Monitor sales, cash handling, and deposits; report daily to HQ Install lighting and equipment on opening day Serve as the main point of contact, building great relationships between staff, customers, landlords, and HQ Oversee pack-up and clean-up after the season Schedule Season runs approx.
