We provide consistent daily routes with clear mapping and strong support. Most routes take between 5-6 hours to complete, depending on pace and accuracy. Drivers who are reliable, organized, and motivated can expect steady work and competitive pay. Duties Load packages and prepare delivery route Deliver packages accurately and in a timely manner Follow route navigation and delivery procedures Communicate any delivery issues or delays Maintain a steady pace to complete full routes Handle packages safely, including items up to 25 lbs Represent ArrivD with professionalism and good communication Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Must have a smartphone with GPS capability Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Must be able to complete routes independently Must be dependable and able to complete 5-6 hour routes Willing to follow delivery procedures and route navigation Benefits Flexible schedule Weekly pay High daily earning potential Fast onboarding (start within 24-48 hours) No experience needed Simple routes with reliable mapping Support available during routes Opportunities for more routes based on performance Independent work environment Pay Average $150-$200 per day depending on route
