Cross Roads Recovery LLC Position Summary:
Cross Roads Recovery LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Transportation & Housing Manager to oversee daily transportation operations and recovery housing activities for individuals participating in rehabilitation and recovery programs. This position plays a key role in maintaining structure, accountability, transportation records, and housing operations while supporting residents throughout their recovery journey.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage transportation schedules for clients attending treatment, medical appointments, court appointments, meetings, employment, and other approved activities Transport clients safely and professionally to and from scheduled locations Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage logs, and client sign-in/sign-out records Keep track of receipts related to transportation, housing purchases, fuel, supplies, and other approved expenses Organize and maintain client documentation, housing records, and daily operational paperwork Oversee daily operations of recovery housing facilities Ensure residents follow house rules, curfews, and program expectations Conduct resident check-ins and maintain appropriate documentation Monitor housing conditions to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance Address resident concerns, conflicts, or behavioral issues professionally Maintain incident reports and communicate concerns to management Assist with resident intake, orientation, and discharge procedures Ensure company vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and operated safely Communicate regularly with management, treatment providers, and staff Respond appropriately to emergencies or crisis situations Support residents in maintaining accountability, structure, and recovery goals Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations professionally Experience in recovery services, behavioral health, transportation coordination, housing management, or human services preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Schedule:
Full-Time position Evening, weekend, on-call, and holiday availability may be required depending on operational needs
Work Environment:
This position operates within a recovery housing and rehabilitation support environment. Staff are expected to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, empathy, and strong leadership while supporting individuals in recovery.
