The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisors (TCIS I, II) to support PennDOT highway and structural projects across multiple districts in Pennsylvania. This role offers competitive hourly rates and full-time benefits and provides the opportunity to lead inspection efforts on critical transportation infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring construction quality, safety, and compliance with PennDOT standards while supervising field inspection staff and supporting project delivery.

What You'll Do:

As a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate construction inspection activities for highway and structural projects. You will supervise field staff, monitor contractor operations, and ensure all work is performed in accordance with PennDOT specifications, project plans, and contract requirements.
