Five Day Work Week Fleet Salesperson - Business Development & Commercial Sales Shults Ford Wexford is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Fleet Salesperson to join our growing Commercial & Fleet Sales Department. This is a unique opportunity to build long-term business relationships with local companies, contractors, municipalities, and organizations throughout the greater Pittsburgh and Western PA areas. If you enjoy outside sales, networking, and building repeat business — this role offers strong earning potential, dealership support, and long-term career growth. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new fleet and commercial business opportunities Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and organizations Conduct outside sales calls and networking in the Wexford and Western PA areas Respond to inbound fleet and commercial inquiries Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Ford trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles Coordinate vehicle ordering, upfitting, and delivery timelines Maintain CRM and track pipeline and follow-up activity Work closely with management, finance, and service departments Deliver vehicles and provide onboarding for fleet customers Maintain long-term relationships for repeat and referral business What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred (automotive, B2B, or outside sales) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable with prospecting Professional and organized Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups Valid driver's license and clean driving record CRM or dealership experience is a plus Commercial or fleet experience is a plus (not required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission Aggressive earning potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid training and onboarding Career advancement opportunities Supportive management team Established dealership with strong market presence Why Join Shults Ford Wexford?
