Role:

This is a hybrid position that combines leasing office support with field-based errands. You'll assist with leasing tasks—like helping with showings and preparing move-in materials—while also serving as the go-to "runner" for various in-person tasks across our properties. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how you like it. This position is ideal for someone who's dependable, organized, and thrives on variety. You'll be based in Aurora, working five days a week, including Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Runner / Field Support Deliver or pick up keys, notices, supplies, and signage across properties Post notices or inspect units on behalf of the office team Drop off documents, vendor payments, or other materials as needed Run errands to suppliers, print shops, storage units, etc. Be a reliable point of contact for last-minute and unexpected tasks Move out inspections

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Dependable vehicle (gas card provided) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Willingness to work Saturdays as part of your regular schedule Nice to
