Job Description

Tractor Town Equipment is a trusted provider of quality farm tractors, construction equipment, and attachments. We are committed to dependability, excellent customer service, and offering top-notch products at reasonable prices. Our team is dedicated to supporting farmers, construction professionals, and rural landowners with reliable machinery and expert service. Summary We are seeking an Operations Specialist for our tractor dealership to help oversee purchasing, transport, and sales. Strong experience in at least two of these three areas is essential, as all three functions are closely integrated. This is an exciting new opening where you will work closely with the GM and owner during training. We will also consider recent college graduates with agriculture or sales experience who are fast learners. This pivotal role is based in the U.S. and is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional products and service to our customers.
Responsibilities Purchasing:
Oversee the purchasing process to ensure inventory meets customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency.
Logistics:
Coordinate transportation logistics for the timely pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Market Growth:
Develop strategic plans to expand the dealership's market share.
Relationship Management:
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff.
Customer Excellence:
Foster a customer-focused environment that promotes trust and loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience in dealership management or agricultural equipment sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. High level of cognitive ability and computer proficiency. Knowledge of farm machinery, construction equipment, or related industries (preferred). Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic initiatives. A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence. Experience with logistics and supply chain management is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
