Founded in 2016, we run 4 crews daily across Austin, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Westlake Hills, and Dripping Springs, offering local, long-distance, commercial, packing, and storage services. We're growing fast and we need a sharp, reliable Operations Manager to run the day-to-day so our owner can focus on scaling the business. What You'll Own Daily dispatch: assign crews and trucks to jobs, manage scheduling in SmartMoving CRM Crew accountability: daily briefings, performance check-ins, and end-of-day debriefs Customer escalations: be the first line of resolution for any job-day issues before they become reviews Truck readiness: ensure all 4 trucks are fueled, clean, inspected, and ready each morning Hiring coordination: assist with onboarding new movers and drivers

Reporting:

daily job summary to ownership, flag any issues with cost, timing, or crew performance Process enforcement: make sure SOPs are followed on every job, every day What We're Looking For 3+ years managing a field service team (moving, logistics, HVAC, landscaping, delivery, or similar) Dispatch or scheduling experience — you've managed multiple crews simultaneously CRM experience — SmartMoving, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar Calm under pressure — when two jobs go sideways on the same Saturday morning, you handle it Strong communicator — with crews, customers, and ownership Austin-based and available early mornings (dispatch starts at 7am) Valid driver's license with clean MVR What You'll Get $55,000-$65,000 base salary depending on experience Performance bonus tied to crew efficiency and customer satisfaction Paid time off Room to grow — we're on track for $2M in revenue this year and building a leadership team to match A company people actually love working for (check our Google reviews) To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note (3-5 sentences) about a time you managed a difficult situation with a field crew.
