Summary As a Fleet Manager at FirstFleet, you will play a vital role in overseeing our fleet operations across the United States. Responsibilities Oversee daily fleet operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs for all fleet vehicles. Monitor fleet performance metrics to optimize operations and reduce costs. Develop and implement strategies for improving driver performance and safety. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding transportation. Collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with overall business goals. Requirements Direct interactions with customer. Implement Supply chain management best practices to enhance efficiency.
