Job Description

Role Overview Gamer Logistics is seeking a proven leader to own and scale the company's driver acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategy. This role directly impacts fleet growth, service capacity, and customer execution. You will operate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure the right drivers are hired, onboarded efficiently, and consistently meet service expectations. Scope & Impact Own the growth and performance of the CDL driver pipeline Directly influence fleet expansion and revenue capacity Responsible for hiring 15+ drivers per month Improve 90-day driver retention and early tenure performance Drive alignment between driver capabilities, operational capacity, and customer demand Key Responsibilities Own and scale the end-to-end driver recruiting lifecycle Build and maintain a high-quality, consistent pipeline of CDL drivers Partner with Operations to align driver capacity, seating, and miles Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to understand customer requirements, service expectations, and demand changes Lead onboarding execution to reduce time-to-seat and increase productivity Drive driver performance, retention, and engagement from day one Monitor and execute against recruiting and retention KPIs Establish recruiting strategies across digital channels, referrals, and direct outreach Basic Qualifications (Required) Direct experience in CDL driver recruiting, trucking operations, or driver-facing transportation roles Strong understanding of driver lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, miles, retention Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, or service teams Experience operating in KPI-driven, performance-based environments Ability to execute with urgency and high accountability Strong communication and leadership presence Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Experience scaling recruiting functions or driver pipelines Background working closely with dispatch, sales, or customer-facing teams Why This Role Matters Drivers are the backbone of our operation.
