Trans-System currently has an opening for a Division Manager. This position is responsible for effectively managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, Fleet Managers, and Drivers. Manages with safety in mind. Commits to protecting drivers, customers and community unconditionally. Adheres to TSI/DOT policies and procedures. Oversees daily operations of the division. Directs staff to take ownership in the bottom line, while driving revenue, reducing cost, and increasing efficiency. Understands customer needs and consistently exceeds their expectations. Directs in house efforts in that direction. Maintains attention to the changing market environment and aggressively pursues opportunities. Works with Sales to maintain relationships with customer base and is responsive to the customer's needs. Resolves any issues that arise and avoids service failures. Monitors efficiency and productivity reports (% idle time, mpg, hard brakes, and % under dispatch). Works with Rair to keep the fleet current with DOT and TSI requirements. (HOS, drug testing, physicals, licenses, training, etc.) Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
