America's Auto Auction is seeking to add to their team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating vehicles, and working with an amazing team of people please continue reading. The Lot Operations Staff - This role ensures proper staging, yard organization, and support for operational workflows while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. The Lot Operations Staff assists with lot organization, sale-day readiness, and general yard support activities in fast-paced outdoor environments. The position of Lot Operations staff works approximately 29 hours a week working Monday through Thursday.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Moves vehicles to designated staging, storage, or operational areas. Supports lot organization by assisting with vehicle positioning, space management, and yard flow. Follows established traffic patterns and safety protocols when operating vehicles in high-traffic areas. Assists with setup and breakdown of sale-day staging areas and operational zones as assigned. Communicates with supervisors and lot personnel to ensure coordinated movement and task completion. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Applies strong attention to detail and safety when working around vehicles and pedestrians. Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow directions. Maintains focus and control in fast-paced, high-traffic outdoor environments. Follows operational procedures and safety guidelines consistently.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 21 years or older
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and move across large lots throughout the shift. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable persons with physical disabilities to perform the job.
