Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Learns functions of key positions in the Company. Operational focus on guidance and dispatching for team members. Safety Procedure & Training—must know DOT compliance and CSA understanding. Reviewing of E-Logs & Unit Footage (HOS, Speeding) Customer communication regarding dispatch information Driver on-boarding and integration with the account. Must feel confident with coaching individuals & de-escalation conversations Some travel is expected for field inspections

Qualifications:

Firm knowledge operating in ERP systems such as Various Dispatch Systems, Customer ERP Systems, Citrix, PC Miler/Routing, and Maintenance Reporting System. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Good problem resolution skills. Possess strong data entry skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal (in-person or phone) and written communication (email or text) Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important. Needs to be able to uphold high levels of confidentiality when working with other employees, customer(s), or vendor(s). Excellent organization skills.

Education & Experience:

Experience in a transportation environment is desired. Prior experience with Pneumatic & End-Dump trailers is desired. Management experience needed (at least 2 years). Associate's Degree or equivalent experience desired. Background in DOT Safety and OSHA compliance is desired.

Physical Demand:

Ability to type at 45 wpm. Needs to be able to see a computer screen from a reasonable distance. Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for a full 8-hour day.
