• Temporary, Full-time, Contract We are seeking a dedicated Harvest Transport Coordinator to join our team in Othello, Washington for a contract from June
• September 2026. Responsibilities
• Complete pre-operational and other food safety records as required by program.
• Pre-operation checklist for all loading stations in use.
• Prepare loading stations that are in use daily, as well as the one(s) for following day.
• Keep daily inventory and track location of harvest lugs and totes to ensure a sufficient supply for harvest.
• Maintain fluid communication with Logistics Coordinator to provide daily number of loads and loading times.
• Supervise the loading stations group, making sure that they are properly stacking lugs, strapping pallets, and loading pallets in the truck.
• Ensure that trucks are properly loaded and on time.
• Complete bill of loadings with accuracy.
• Complete daily reports in excel using templates provided and send daily to relevant contacts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements :

• 1+ year experience in logistics administration and coordination, farming operations experience would be an asset
• Ability to work independently
• Intermediate MS office skills, particularly Excel
• Proficient language skills and bilingual (Spanish/English) both written and verbal
• Communication & technical writing, high attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License
