• Paid Training Provided Wisconsin Repossessors is currently hiring a full-time Third Shift Repossession Agent to join our growing team serving the greater Milwaukee area.

We are a professional vehicle recovery company specializing in compliant, secure, and efficient repossession services. This position works alongside a Spotter (camera car driver) to locate and recover vehicles approved for repossession and transport them safely to our secured facility. This is an active, outdoor position that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight hours.

Sunday

• Thursday 10:00 PM
• 6:00 AM No holidays Paid weekly

Job Responsibilities:

Locate vehicles approved for repossession Secure vehicles using proper towing procedures Transport vehicles safely to our secured lot Follow all company safety and compliance policies Maintain professionalism during any public interaction Work effectively as part of a recovery team Complete required documentation accurately

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be 23+ years old (insurance requirement) Ability to work overnight hours consistently 1 year of towing or related experience Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong attention to detail If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to build a career in the recovery industry, we encourage you to apply today.
