Summary Seeking a reliable Cleaning Crew Lead to drive and lead a 4-person cleaning crew to residential and commercial job sites, ensure jobs are completed to our quality standard, and accurately clock the crew in and out for payroll. Job Overview Hollingsworth Cleaning is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Lead to run one of our crews. You'll drive the team to scheduled homes and businesses, keep the crew on schedule and on task, communicate any timing or route changes, and make sure every job meets our quality standards before we leave the site. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be cleaning alongside your team, not just supervising from the sidelines. Responsibilities Drive the crew to and from scheduled residential and commercial cleaning jobs Clock the crew in and out at each job site in real time using our crew app Lead by example, performing cleaning tasks alongside the team to our quality standards Follow and manage the daily route sheet, communicating any schedule or timing changes promptly Inspect completed jobs to confirm cleanliness and client satisfaction before departing Address minor client questions or concerns on-site professionally, escalating as needed Keep the team on task and maintain a positive, efficient work pace throughout the day Skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required — you'll be driving the crew) Previous cleaning experience, residential or commercial Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a probationary period Basic comfort with smartphone apps for clocking in/out and viewing schedules Strong communication skills with both crew members and clients Ability to lead by example and keep a small team motivated and on schedule Physically able to perform cleaning tasks throughout a full shift

Up to $425.00 per week
