Job Description
Haddix Lawn Care is hiring! Do you have the skills to pay the bills? Haddix Lawn Care is looking for you. We are looking for career and growth oriented individuals looking to prove their skill in the art of lawn care and landscaping!
General Requirements:
- Must be US Citizen
- Must have a valid US drivers license.
- Must be able to work on their feet 8+ hours a day/40+ hours a week
- Must be able to work in the heat and the cold.

PTO Role Specific Requirements Crew Lead:
- Leadership / supervisory experience (1+ year)
- Positive & professional attitude
- Professional lawn care experience (1+ year)
- Experience with:
- Pole saws / hedge trimmers ‼
- Commercial zero turn
- Weedeater (Stihl / Echo)
- Bladed pavement edgers
- Backpack blowers
- Truck & trailer backing
Crew:
- Team player
- Positive & professional attitude
- Professional lawn care experience (1+ year)
- Experience operating:
- Pole saws / hedge trimmers
- Commercial zero turn
- Weedeater (Stihl / Echo)
- Bladed pavement edgers
- Backpack blowers All of your equipment / at work transportation will be provided and owned by Haddix Lawn Care.
