Our team is known for its quality craftsmanship, reliability, and strong sense of teamwork. As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in guiding a dedicated crew, ensuring high standards on every project, and representing our companys values on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced landscape professionals who take pride in their work and are looking to grow with a supportive, close-knit team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 24 landscape technicians on daily job sites Plan and delegate daily tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanups Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Operate and perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers Safely drive crew truck and trailer to and from job sites Communicate job progress, site issues, and crew performance to management Qualifications 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role Valid drivers license and ability to tow a trailer Strong knowledge of turf care, plant health, and general horticultural practices Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Pesticide applicator license is a plus Benefits Health insurance Paid time off All necessary equipment provided Opportunities for advancement Year-round employment Competitive pay with performance bonuses To apply, please send your resume and a brief summary of your experience to or visit our office.
