Location:
Phoenix, Arizona (West Phoenix Area) Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Pay $20 to $25 an hour depending on experience We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fleet Operations Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting shop operations, compliance reporting, equipment administration, fuel management, and warranty tracking across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment. Key Responsibilities Run weekly compliance reports for all shop locations Maintain and update outside vendor lists Retrieve backup documentation for CHP inspections and customer equipment repairs Assign and manage service intervals for company equipment Enter equipment components and warranty information into company systems Assist with the in-service process for new equipment warranties Manage recall notices and communicate updates to the team Order bulk fuel for shop locations Maintain fuel logs and manage pump pricing Open and process repair orders as needed Support additional projects and administrative tasks assigned by management Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Additional Requirements Occasional overtime may be required with advance notice Occasional weekend work may be required with advance notice May require travel to local TCI shop locations with advance notice Benefits Weekly Paychecks / Direct Deposit Available Safety Incentives up to $300 Quarterly upon meeting requirements Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage / Critical Illness Insurance Employer Paid Life and AD&D Insurance 401K with Company Match after 90 days Holiday Pay Employee Discount Programs To apply, please submit your resume and qualifications for consideration.
