Our projects range from roof repairs to full roof replacements, often in conjunction with solar system installs. We are growing and looking for a reliable Roofing Crew Lead to join our team and take ownership of roofing crews in the field.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise roofing crew on-site Ensure safety compliance and enforce proper safety protocols Read and interpret plans, scope of work, and job details Communicate effectively with project managers and team members Train and mentor less experienced roofers Up to 10sq roof repairs on tile or shingle roofs.
Residential and Commercial Requirements:
18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States. 2+ years general roofing experience Required A valid state driver's license (in good standing). Must pass pre-employment drug test & background check Reliable transportation Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with harness.
