As a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting vehicle operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$42 What's the Job? Supervise and support vehicle operators in daily operations to meet short and long-term targets Lead by example, ensuring all software and hardware tests meet high standards Collaborate with Fleet Operations leaders to drive safe and efficient vehicle fleet management Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members regularly Coordinate administrative tasks related to team scheduling and operations What's Needed? At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and an active AVT permit Experience working in collaborative environments and promoting teamwork Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven safe driving record What's in it for me?
