Full Job Description Job Description:
DustRam is the industry leader dust-free tile removal. With our revolutionary equipment, we are able to capture 99.7% of dust expelled during the flooring removal process. Team members will have the wonderful opportunity to learn how to operate this ground-breaking, patented technology. We are quickly growing, and are in need of a team leader that will follow our procedures in order to ensure that the process is completely dust-free, and then train new employees to do the same. You will remove tile, dispose of debris, and grind concrete - all with innovative equipment that captures dust like nothing else on the market. As the team leader, you will be required to delegate tasks to team members, manage time efficiently, and communicate effectively with the customer. You will also drive to potential customer's homes to measure square footage, provide an estimate, and answer any questions.Job Responsibilities:
— Sufficiently delegate tasks on jobsite to team members in order to complete job efficiently and thoroughly — Effectively communicate details of the job with management to ensure they are informed of the job status, especially if an unexpected issue is discovered —Guide and motivate team members, providing instruction in an appropriate and respectful manner — Manage tooling and equipment inventory —Repair equipment — Drive to potential customer's homes to measure square footage, provide an estimate, and answer any questions. — Professionally communicate with customer, informing them of any unexpected discoveries regarding their floor, and the plan of action — Chip tile using DustRam — Rubble (collect debris) using DustRam attachments, and transport debris to outdoor dumpster or company-owned dump trailer — Grind concrete using DustRam attachment — Possibility of driving dump trailer to dumping facility to dispose of debris before or after job is completed — Any other assigned dutiesRequirements and Skills:
— High school diploma or equivalent — Preferably previous construction experience, especially with managing a crew — Mechanical/electrical background preferred — Background in flooring demo/install preferred — Sales experience a plus —Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office — Willingness to learn. Ability to absorb new information and apply knowledge — Excellent communication skills — Great work ethic — Leadership qualities — Customer service oriented mind-set - you will be the point of communication between the customer and the company —Must have reliable transportation — Valid driver's licenseJob Type:
