Tempe, AZ 85281 Job Summary LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Fleet Detailer Assistant Supervisor to support daily fleet cleaning operations for city buses. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for assisting with team supervision, quality inspections, employee training, and ensuring buses are properly cleaned and ready for service. Responsibilities Assist the Supervisor with daily fleet detailing operations Assign tasks and help oversee the fleet detailing team Monitor employee attendance, clock-ins, breaks, and productivity Perform quality inspections on completed buses Clean and detail the interior and exterior of city buses Sweep, mop, sanitize, clean windows, and remove trash Train and support new and existing employees Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE Communicate with supervisors, management, and team members Assist with resolving daily operational or employee concerns Ensure OSHA and company safety procedures are followed Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Resume required for consideration High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of fleet detailing or vehicle cleaning experience preferred Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify Reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing steps Ability to work in tight or confined spaces Ability to lift and move 30-40 lbs Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely wear required PPE Benefits 401(k)
