Monday-Friday | 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM Weekend work may be required

Tempe, AZ Job Summary LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Fleet Detailing Supervisor to oversee daily fleet cleaning operations for city buses. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising the detailing team, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating daily operations, and assisting with fleet cleaning and disinfecting as needed. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the fleet detailing team Assign daily tasks and monitor employee attendance and break schedules Perform quality inspections on completed buses Wash and detail the interior and exterior of city buses Ensure buses are cleaned, disinfected, and ready for service Manage daily workflow and labor assignments Communicate with clients, management, and team members Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety procedures Assist with hands-on fleet detailing as needed Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of fleet detailing experience preferred Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Benefits 401(k)
