This leadership position is ideal for a career-minded professional who excels at managing people, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced towing and recovery environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for both Phoenix and Tucson terminals. Lead, motivate, and develop employees to maintain a productive, high-performing team. Establish and implement company policies, procedures, and operational processes. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal DOT regulations. Operate equipment across our fleet, including light-duty tow trucks through heavy-duty rotator recovery equipment. Coordinate fleet maintenance using our maintenance management program and work closely with our outside maintenance provider. Partner with the sales team to establish new accounts and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits. Handle customer concerns, damage claims, and other service-related issues professionally. Support operators to achieve high performance and maintain service standards. Assist with dispatching operations as needed (dispatching experience preferred but not required). Recruit, train, and mentor new employees. Prepare operational reports for upper management. Resolve employee conflicts, scheduling challenges, maintenance issues, and other operational concerns. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of management or team leadership experience . Towing industry experience required , including knowledge of light-duty towing through heavy-duty rotator recoveries . Strong understanding of business operations and management principles. Knowledge of state and federal DOT regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with commitment to employee development. Clean driving record. Clean background required. Must successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
