Join a growing company seeking a detail-oriented Fleet & Safety Administrator to support fleet operations, safety compliance, maintenance tracking, reporting, and administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional with strong Excel skills and experience in fleet, transportation, construction, or safety administration. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative experience Experience in fleet management, transportation, construction, safety, logistics, or related industries preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel Outlook Word Strong organizational and document management skills Experience maintaining records and tracking information accurately Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Experience reviewing reports, audits, or compliance documentation preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively Maintain fleet and safety records with accuracy and confidentiality Track and audit fuel usage, fuel card transactions, and related data Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment Support company safety initiatives and compliance programs Maintain safety documentation, policies, and procedures Prepare compliance reports, audit documentation, and operational summaries Monitor and manage fleet software alerts and notifications Assist with recordkeeping for inspections, certifications, and safety requirements Investigate discrepancies and support corrective action tracking Organize and maintain electronic and physical files Provide administrative support for fleet and safety operations Perform additional duties as assigned Are you a highly organized administrative professional with experience supporting fleet operations, compliance, safety programs, or transportation services?
