Graeagle, CA About the Role We are hiring an experienced Crew Leader to lead a mowing and landscape maintenance crew in a fast-paced, quality-driven company. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows landscape maintenance, takes pride in a clean finished product, and can keep a crew efficient, accountable, and professional throughout the day. The right candidate is dependable, organized, safety-minded, and confident leading from the front. You will be responsible for ensuring that each property is maintained to a high standard while keeping your crew productive and on schedule. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a mowing / maintenance crew on residential and commercial properties Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance Set the pace for the crew and maintain strong productivity throughout the day Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards Train and coach crew members on safe operation, workmanship, and efficiency Load, unload, and operate trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment Perform daily equipment inspections and report repairs or maintenance needs Communicate with management regarding progress, scheduling, property issues, and crew needs Maintain a clean, organized trailer and professional appearance on jobsites Enforce safety practices and company expectations in the field What We're Looking For Prior experience in landscape maintenance is required Prior crew leader or foreman experience is preferred Strong working knowledge of mowing and maintenance equipment Ability to lead a team while also working alongside them Strong time management and attention to detail Reliable, hardworking, and consistent Valid driver's license required Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Shows up on time and ready to lead Holds high standards for quality and efficiency Communicates clearly and respectfully Solves problems in the field without constant oversight Leads by example and keeps the crew motivated Represents the company professionally with clients and team members Pay & Benefits $28.00- 32.
