Job Overview Complete Quality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Supervisor to provide contract-based services in Lathrop, CA. The Transportation Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership for our client's transportation operation by delivering safe, reliable, and profitable transportation services. This position develops transportation associates, fulfills customer commitments, and improves operational performance through disciplined execution, accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Deliver safe, reliable, and on-time transportation services that consistently meet customer commitments. Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication, professionalism, and timely service recovery. Act with urgency to resolve operational issues while protecting the customer experience. Lead daily transportation operations to achieve operational excellence through disciplined execution and sound decision making. Optimize driver productivity, route performance, and equipment utilization using data and operational judgment. Establish and reinforce standard work while continuously identifying opportunities to improve safety, service, quality, and efficiency. Lead by example while fostering a culture of respect, accountability, teamwork, and ownership. Coach, develop, and recognize associates while addressing performance opportunities promptly and professionally. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development to build a high-performing transportation team Manage labor and operating resources responsibly while balancing customer service with financial performance. Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions that improve productivity and profitability. Protect company assets and promote cost-conscious decision making without compromising safety or service. Requirements Five (5) years of progressive transportation experience with increasing leadership responsibility. Demonstrated success leading customer-facing transportation operations. Working knowledge of
DOT/FMCSA
regulations, Hours of Service, and transportation safety practices. Proven ability to lead people, make sound operational decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation technology platforms. Paid weekly via 1099! $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
