Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on landscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and takes pride in delivering quality work. Duties Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and general landscape maintenance Ensure properties are maintained to company quality standards Organize daily tasks and keep the crew working efficiently Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Communicate with management regarding property needs or issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Valid driver's license required Minimum 1 year of professional landscape maintenance experience Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment and proper procedures Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Able to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and ready to take responsibility for leading a crew and maintaining high-quality work.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 10.0 per week
